Comprehensive Market Outlook: Bitcoin (BTC) Weekly Structure and Harmonic Confluence February 1, 2026

Sunday, February 1, 2026

Author: Moty Levanon

Bitcoin is currently transitioning into a critical decision zone on the weekly timeframe, following the failure of multiple lower-timeframe bullish structures. Intraday and daily patterns that previously suggested stabilization have been invalidated, signaling that short-term tools are no longer sufficient for reliable decision-making. At this stage, market analysis must shift toward higher-timeframe structural frameworks and heavy-weight technical tools.

Bitcoin Weekly Chart: Harmonic Shark Pattern Reaching Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ)

Market Update: Ethereum (ETH) – From Failed Harmonic Structure to Volume-Based Context

Sunday, February 1, 2026

Author: Moty Levanon

Ethereum is currently undergoing a critical reassessment phase after the previously discussed Shark structure failed to confirm.

Price did not hold inside the projected PRZ zone and continued lower, invalidating the harmonic reversal thesis. This shifts the analytical focus away from pattern-based expectations and toward pure market structure, volume distribution, and liquidity behavior.

I am leaving the original analysis intact for transparency. What follows is an updated, structure-driven outlook.

Structural Context

ETH has now printed a sequence of lower highs and lower lows on the daily timeframe, confirming short-term bearish control.

However, the current decline is approaching a high-interest area where historically significant trading activity has occurred.

Rather than searching for a specific harmonic formation, the priority is now:

  • Acceptance or rejection inside high-volume zones

  • Evidence of seller exhaustion

  • Reaction quality, not pattern symmetry

Volume Profile Perspective

The visible range volume profile shows a major high-volume node between approximately:

2600 – 3000

This zone represents a long-term area of agreement where large quantities of ETH previously exchanged hands.

Key implications:

  • Price entering this zone often slows

  • Large participants historically transact here

  • Directional resolution tends to follow absorption

Below this area, volume thins considerably, increasing downside velocity risk if acceptance occurs.

Above this area, reclaiming the 2900–3000 region would place price back into value.

In simple terms:

This zone is a decision zone, not an automatic reversal zone.

Market Behavior Assessment

Recent candles show strong downside expansion, which suggests:

  • Liquidations and forced selling

  • Momentum-driven selling rather than distribution

This matters because forced selling phases often end abruptly once liquidity pockets are consumed.

At the same time:

No meaningful bullish displacement or high-volume absorption candle has appeared yet.

This keeps the market in bearish-to-neutral status, not bullish.

Updated Scenarios (Next 2–4 Weeks)

Scenario 1 – Range Stabilization (Base Case)
Price stabilizes between 2550 – 2850 and builds acceptance.

  • Structure: Sideways / basing

  • Signal to watch: Long lower wicks, declining sell volume

  • Probability: 45%

Scenario 2 – Deeper Liquidity Sweep
Failure to hold 2600 leads to a fast push toward 2350–2450 before stabilization.

  • Structure: Expansion then base

  • Would still fit a larger corrective phase

  • Probability: 35%

Scenario 3 – Early Reversal
Strong reaction from current zone, reclaiming 2900–3000 quickly.

  • Requires impulsive bullish candles and volume expansion

  • Probability: 20%

What Would Shift Bias Bullish

  • Daily close back above 3000

  • Bullish displacement candle

  • Rising volume on green candles

  • Holding higher low on pullback

Until these appear, upside should be treated as corrective.

What Would Increase Bearish Risk

  • Acceptance below 2500

  • Weak bounce attempts with low volume

  • Continued expansion in sell-side delta

Strategic Framing

This is no longer a pattern trade environment.

It is a location and reaction environment.

Patience > prediction.

Let price prove acceptance before assigning directional bias.

Comprehensive Market Outlook: Ethereum (ETH) Technical and Fundamental Synergy

January 30, 2026

Author: Moty Levanon

Ethereum is currently navigating one of its most complex technical transitions of the year. The price action has officially migrated from a failed Cypher setup into a dominant Daily Shark pattern. This transition occurred when the price surged to point B at 3410, exceeding the initial X peak and shifting the focus to the current corrective leg toward point C.

Ethereum at a Crossroads: Harmonic Cypher Completion and the Volume Profile Battle

By: Moty Levanon Date: January 27, 2026

The digital asset market is currently witnessing a sophisticated technical setup in Ethereum that demands close attention. After weeks of structural development, the price has reached the terminal point (D) of a harmonic Cypher pattern. This completion occurs precisely as ETH enters a massive high-volume node, creating a technical congestion that will likely define the medium term trend for the leading smart contract platform.

Market Analysis: Ethereum at a Critical Structural Juncture

January 26 2026 Author: Moty Levanon

The digital asset market is currently providing a masterclass in Technical Analysis and Market Structure. Ethereum ETH is sitting at a decisive crossroads where harmonic precision meets institutional volume profiles. After a period of sustained volatility the price action has reached a level that demands undivided attention from professional traders.

The Harmonic Perspective and the Precision of Point D

Our primary thesis centers on a massive Harmonic Pattern that has been developing over the recent sessions. The beauty of these patterns lies in their mathematical symmetry and Ethereum has respected these boundaries with remarkable accuracy.

The price recently completed a sharp corrective leg toward the $2,826 zone. This specific level represents the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement and the terminal Point D of our harmonic structure. In technical terms this is the Potential Reversal Zone PRZ where supply typically exhausts and demand begins to aggregate.

Ethereum (ETH/USD) Technical Analysis: A Critical Inflection Point at $3,000

Date: January 22, 2026

Author: Moty Levanon

The daily price action for Ethereum (ETH/USD) currently presents a fascinating technical picture, characterized by the completion of a significant harmonic pattern converging within a major liquidity zone.

ETH is currently sitting at a decisive juncture. Here is a breakdown of the technical data and potential scenarios moving forward.

Technical Structure Breakdown

1. The Harmonic Completion The daily chart reveals a clear Harmonic pattern (resembling a Cypher/Gartley structure) that has reached its completion terminus at Point D. This point is located in the $2,880 – $2,900 price region, known as the Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ). Historically, these zones have the highest probability for a price pivot.

2. Volume Profile Confluence Adding significant weight to this technical setup is the Volume Profile. We can observe a distinct High Volume Node (HVN) and the Point of Control (POC)—indicated by the red line on the chart—anchored firmly around the $3,000 psychological level. This zone acts as a powerful "magnet" for price and serves as a substantial technical and psychological support base.

3. Price Structure Support Following the sharp retracement from the local high at Point C ($3,390), price action stalled precisely at the 0.78 Fibonacci retracement level from the originating Point X. This confluence further reinforces the importance of the current support zone.

Ethereum Technical Analysis: Harmonic Precision Meets Bearish Momentum

Moty Levanon

Asset: ETH/USD (Daily Chart)

While the broader crypto market is facing a wave of red today, the Ethereum daily chart is presenting a fascinating technical conflict. We are witnessing a direct collision between strong bearish momentum and a textbook harmonic completion.

For technical traders, the current price action isn't just a drop—it’s a test of one of the most reliable patterns in harmonic trading.

Below is a detailed technical review based on the Bullish Cypher pattern and Volume Profile data visible on the chart.

The Hidden Map of Crypto: Why Volume Profile is a Game-Changer for Traders

In the volatile world of crypto trading, most retail traders are staring at a 2D map: Price and Time. They see a green candle and buy, or a red candle and panic. But professional institutional traders use a 3D lens, Volume Profile.

If you want to stop guessing and start following the "Smart Money," you need to understand where the actual transactions are happening.

What is Volume Profile?

Unlike standard volume bars at the bottom of your chart that tell you when a trade happened, the Volume Profile (the horizontal bars on the right) tells you at what price the most significant action took place.

Key Advantages of This Method:

  • Identifying the "Point of Control" (POC): This is the strongest magnet on your chart (the red line in the image below). It represents the price level with the highest traded volume, showing you exactly where big players have built their positions.

  • The Value Area (VA): The blue and green zones represent the "fair price" where 70% of the trading activity occurred. Trading outside this zone often signals a massive breakout opportunity.

  • Liquidity Voids (The Vacuum): Look for areas with little to no horizontal bars. These are "gaps" in history where price tends to move rapidly because there is no historical resistance to stop it.

Taking it Further: Order Flow & The Order Book

While Volume Profile shows us the past (where money was spent), combining it with the Order Book gives us a glimpse into the future.

The Order Book reveals the "walls" of limit orders waiting to be filled. By overlaying the Volume Profile with real-time Order Book data, you can see if the "High Volume Nodes" are being defended by massive buy walls or if a breakout into a "Vacuum" is backed by aggressive market buyers (Delta).

Summary: Trading with a Map

In the attached chart of Ethereum (ETH), you can clearly see the "Belly" of volume providing a solid floor, while the price tests the upper boundaries of the Value Area. Once we clear these "Blue Lines," we enter a liquidity void where the next major resistance is hundreds of dollars away.
